A calling to build
David’s work is shaped by a consistent conviction: strong people build strong institutions, and strong institutions should serve people well.
A fifth-generation preacher, David was formed at the intersection of faith, education, community service, and organizational leadership. That foundation continues to shape the way he teaches, builds teams, and carries vision into practical work.
He serves as Senior Pastor of Christ Tabernacle Apostolic Church, leading a growing, multigenerational church with a heart for connecting people to Jesus and helping them live, love, serve, and give. His pastoral leadership joins spiritual conviction with a commitment to healthy culture, thoughtful systems, and community impact.
David also serves as President of Educational Resource Consultants of Ohio, guiding community school sponsorship work in accountability, governance, compliance, and improvement. In a distinct nonprofit role, he serves as President and Executive Director of Christ Tabernacle Ministries of Excellence, leading programs and operations designed to strengthen families and communities.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. His pastoral, education, nonprofit, and leadership-development work share one purpose: helping people and institutions move from vision to faithful, practical action.

What guides his work
Faith anchors David’s identity and keeps service, stewardship, and obedience at the center of his leadership.
Institutions matter because people do. He believes healthy systems should help people grow, belong, and flourish.
Excellence is the discipline of caring for the details, honoring the assignment, and building work that can last.
Leadership should produce movement. David measures vision by the people served and the futures strengthened.

Faith, family, and legacy
At the center of David’s life is his family. He and his wife, Kelsey, serve together in ministry and are raising three daughters with a shared commitment to faith, love, purpose, and presence.
For David, legacy is more than what a leader builds. It is what he models, what he makes possible for others, and what he leaves strong enough for the next generation to carry forward.
